HASSLE-FREE RESERVATIONS

Our reservation process is very simple and our guests really appreciate the ease of making a reservation with the Alps Romance Suites

There are only two steps and your reservation will be completed.   

After you make your reservation:  

1.    Go to the home page and print out the "Reservation Agreement" page (the one that states "to be signed by guests").  It will be the 4th. link down on the left side of the home page.  The Visa or Mastercard cardholder must:

 PRINT NAME     &     SIGN NAME     &     DATE     (anywhere on the form)

2.    E-mail (by scanning it back into your computer), or fax the signed policy back to us.  If there is enough time before your arrival date (at least 2 weeks), you can mail the form back to us.  All information is on the form.        

 

We should receive your signed document within a few days of you making the reservation.  

Approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival date we will e-mail you your reservation letter that will have the driving directions and your private access code.  You can go directly to your suite with your private access code.
