Guest shall use the lodging for lawful purposes. The guest shall follow any specific provisions
relating to the lodging which are either attached, or which may be posted on the premises. Except for normal use and maintenance,
the guest shall leave the lodging in as good condition as the lodging was in at the time of arrival. Excessive
cleaning charges will be at the rate of $35.00 per hour. The guest that signs the reservation policy shall
be responsible and agree to pay for all damages to the premises and will hold Alps Romance Suites Lodging and its principals
harmless there from. A failure to immediately notify Alps Romance Suites Lodging of any substandard condition in the Premises
by the guests shall constitute a waiver of any claims regarding the condition of the Premises. All units are smoke free and
pet free. Any breach of these rules and conditions will cause forfeiture of full rental amount, damage
deposit, and use of the Premises. All damages are to be reported immediately to Alps Romance Suites Lodging. In the
event of unreported damages you will be contacted by an Alps Romance Suites Lodging agent to inform you of costs and nature
of damages. By making the reservation, renter agrees to pay for all damages associated with their stay
by the use of the credit card on file. Liability of damage is not limited. Alps Romance
Suites Lodging and rental Property Owners are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

All of the suites have been designed for romantic
get-a-ways and are for adults only. Children (of any age) are not allowed.·
All Suites are non-smoking. Violation of this
policy will incur a $250.00 fee. · Pets are not allowed in the suites OR anywhere on the property. Violation of this
policy will incur a $250.00 fee.· Noise (including music) must be contained within the suite(s) and cannot be heard from
others outside of the suite. This will support everyone’s need for peace and quiet.·
Each suite has many luxurious amenities for the enjoyment
of our guest(s). Improper use and reckless behavior can lead to expensive repairs that will be assessed to the guest(s).
· Leavenworth is a mountain destination resort town. Inclement weather can be severe at times which can include
heavy snow falls, heavy rain falls, and extreme icy conditions. It is the responsibility of each guest to be prepared
with a proper vehicle and proper walking shoes/boots. In the mountains, weather can change quickly with heavy snow at
one moment and minutes later heavy rain turning to solid ice within minutes when the temperature lowers.

PLEASE BE PREPARED. ALPS ROMANCE SUITES LODGING CANCELLATION POLICY Alps Romance Suites cannot hold suites because it blocks others from reserving the suite
so all fees are charged at the time that the reservation is made. Due to a reservation blocking all others
from reserving the suite, all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and cancellations are not allowed. Please be sure
that you have selected the correct suite and dates.
